Answer the phone, answer emails, and have someone with better customer service. I've not been able to get things moving at this branch for simple things.
They have poor customer service and it's hard to get a knowledgeable person to answer your questions
This is the WORST financial institute we’ve ever had an account with. They are highly unprofessional, rude, and I have zero clue how they retain any kind of customer basis at all. My biggest regret is allowing the dealership to talk us into using them. The loan on my car is in my husbands name (active duty) and I stay home so don’t have an income to use as my own. There atm is down a lot and when it's not down it spits other people's money out at you I tied to deposit my check and it gave me my check back as well as the persons money that was in front of my I went in side and gave them the money back and today the computers were down if I was y'all I wound go to the one on Eden way by greenbier pwky. This bank is so unprofessional and does not have their s*** together at all!!!!!! We’ve owned our car now for 4 months and every month we’ve asked to set up direct deposit and they keep forgetting to call us back or send the form we need. So each month we have to pay over the phone and get charged a $10 fee even though we’ve repeatedly tried to set up automatic payments. Phone reps can be extremely rude. Not a good deal overall on vehicle loans. They also penalize you $10.00 for the honor of paying over the phone. After this loan is done I'll be done with NAE. Will now wait for an employee to come on and respond in a rude indiscriminate manner which has been known to happen often.
Not really happy with the bank right now, fraudulent charge on my visa debt card and they are wanting me to call the company to file a disburse with. Excuse me it is fraud and you need to do the work- I am the customer and told you it was not my charge. Give me my money back and do your job. As soon as I get my money back I will close out my accounts!!
