Nadine makes the best cakes and deserts on the East Coast, i reckon. We just had a great pav for Christmas and an old school Christmas cake. We have had other great deserts from Nadine over the year and they are all made with top quality ingredients. Nadine is great to deal with and really wants you to be happy with her products.Ā

From our initial emails & easy phone consult to then taking delivery of the finished products we could not recommend Nadine highly enough!!! Nadine made pretty pink cupcakes exactly to the brief & the most devine Victorian sponge for our daughter RHANIās 18th - all superbly done GLUTEN FREE too!!! Just wanted to shout out a huge thank you to Nadine for the Awesome cheesecake she made for my hubby's recent surprise birthday. He's a massive cheesecake lover and he said it was the best he'd ever eaten. Beautiful texture and the lemon curd and edible flowers on top were just sooo good. And GF to boot! Was so glad there was a small amount leftover so we could sneak some extra evening treats! Thanks NadineĀ
