Not impressed. Been waiting for Marshall to finish his report for a clients ramp and concrete path, for the previous 2 months! Quotes been done for a while now. He won't forward the quote, metro OT has been in touch, Support coordinator has been in touch, client has been in touch, clients mother has been in touch and he is still buggering everyone around. Late to the first appointment by over 2 hours. Would not recommend. Funds have been taken. We are in the process of issuing a complaint to NDIS regarding the rouge actions ... read more
