These are the rudest, most DECEPTIVE ****** I have ever come across. BLATANT LYING IN COURT, claiming to send out paperwork when they do not, and refusing to work with any sort of reasonable payment plan. I tried to negotiate a fair payoff for over 2 years with no resolve. After failed negotiations they will manipulate timing laws (by not sending out notices in time) and then will take you for as much as possible leaving you in even more financial ruin. This Firm is compassionate, understanding, and treated me with respect.
Every time I call to arrange a payment with this firm the same receptionist answers the phone and gives a lame response that the person that I am wanting to contact is "in a meeting" and to call back. It has been multiple days now and many calls later on my end I only to get the same response. This company is a non responsive and irresponsible company.
