The staff, especially True James, seem helpful and competent. A lot of the furniture is attractive. My beef is the senior management’s decision NOT to honor a refund or exchange on a similarly priced product that the local store offered. I thought I had termites in my home because I was seeing small piles of sawdust(powder post beetles) on the floor beneath a cabinet I purchased from Nadeau…3.5 years ago.
