Kept my smartwatch!!! Had several great massages here. Last one was great, however as I drove off and I got to the traffic lights 400m away, realised I hadn’t put my smart watch back on, must have left it on the bed or in basket, turned around, went back into store and the room I was in had been reset and zero sign of my watch. Person on the phone very abrasive and short, basically demanding I come to the store and prove that the smart watch is at the shop with my phone/gps. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have booked relaxation massage and I am booking the same massage for many years for me and my wife. When we reached their in rain and peak traffic hour. I was told they will charge me for remedial massage because I am paying via health fund and they will do relaxation massage because remedial therapist is not available.
