Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have booked relaxation massage and I am booking the same massage for many years for me and my wife. When we reached their in rain and peak traffic hour. I was told they will charge me for remedial massage because I am paying via health fund and they will do relaxation massage because remedial therapist is not available. This used to be good but it’s quite hit and miss for therapeutic massage. You can get an unbelievable restorative experience or an underwhelming pat on the back. You really need to stick with the one therapist but they work inconsistent hours making this option also a difficult choice.
Good professional massage place, no funny business. They also accept PHI via HICAPS on the spot, very convenient.
