I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kindercare. My child was hurt by a male teacher in their care, and I was appalled by the way the staff handled the situation. Instead of addressing my child’s concerns, they dismissed them as insignificant. A simple write up and verbal warning is not sufficient enough to ensure my child’s future safety. My child has been going to this Kindercare for the past couple of months and has made my transition back to work so much easier because of how kind and nice the staff is. I also appreciate their diligence to update the app with all the activities my baby is doing each day. Great childcare facility and amazing staff.

My family had an excellent experience with the Nacogdoches kindercare. Our eldest child spent 2 years here, transitioning from the infant, to toddler, to discovery preschool rooms prior to our family moving out of state. The director (Jessica) and teachers went above and beyond to care for my kids and make this kindercare feel like a second family for us. I absolutely LOVE this daycare. The teachers and directors are amazing with the kids. My daughter and son have been taken care very good. Great things to say about their teachers. I was so scared to let my babies go to daycare. They made my fears and worries go away. Reassuring me that they are in great hands. Thank you!

I love this facility and everyone who works there I really appreciate everything they do for my son they make him feel at home and like family one thing I can say about this facility is that they are very prideful in their name when it comes to KINDERCARE on Nacogdoches I know my son is safe loved and that they will do the best that they can for him .
