There pending for three or four days in my opinion sucks. And if you check your online statement from time to time, things will just disappear from it completely and then it will just reappear. I just don’t feel comfortable and I am in the process of looking for an another place to do business with. God bless
Switched from one of the big 4 banks. I was tired of not having a branch where I could go in. I love having the convenience of a local bank, and they are all very nice. My only complaint is the savings rates. I left my savings account open with my other bank because I get close to 5%. The savings rates at commercial don’t come close to competing with some of the larger big name banks. If y’all ever have more competitive rates, I’ll be moving all of my business over.
