I believe that this is a wonderful program the assets they offer, and they help they give is incredible with helping first time homebuyers I really look forward to working with Ms. Basauni Williams and being able to purchase my dream home this is so exciting and I'm thrilled to see where it goes.

My experience with NACA has been nothing but positive. Many describe the process as cumbersome and lengthy and that may be the case but it is to the benefit of the homebuyer. They require you develop a budget and verify, verify, verify but I have found this to be super beneficial for my personal finances. My counselor is very knowledgeable and has been super helpful with explaining the NACA process and homebuying in general. I look forward completing the process and potentially returning to buy a second home.
