Naca is a great program for first time home buyers, our mortgage counselor Faith is guiding us step by step to get approved for a mortgage loan.
I highly recommend NACA, Faith is a great counselor and wants what’s in our best interest which is to become home owners!

We started the NACA process in November 2024 which involved completing the Homebuyer Workshop, and then uploading paystubs, W-2s, bank statements into the member portal. We then scheduled a meeting with NACA counselor Faith Beach in January 2025 to go over details of the process. Our counselor put together an action plan of next steps we need to complete. We’re at the beginning of our journey but we’re excited to work with NACA and appreciate that the organization puts people in a position to succeed at home ownership!
Started the NACA process in November 2024 completing the home workshop, completing the member portal and having our first session with Faith Beach today. The process was easy and streamlined looking forward to completing on-boarding and working with Faith to achieve success in a first time home ownership.
