NACA’s Getting Started phase is packed with valuable info and clear steps to prepare for homeownership. The workshop was informative, and the checklist kept me on track. Be ready for a significant amount of paperwork and some waiting, but if you stay organized, it’s worth it for the fantastic benefits, including no down payment, no closing costs, and great support toward buying a home. When I first heard about NACA I thought it was too good to be true. No down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance, with lower interest rate than the current interest rate?? IT IS TRUE, BUT IT TAKES DEDICATION AND DECIPLINE. This is not an easy nor fast process, so DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED, KEEP PUSHING THROUGH. No matter how unattainable this goal may seem, you can do it.
