I highly Recommend NACA To anyone that wants to achieve homeownership. It's a challenging journey, but if you're dedicated to the end goal, it's well worth it.

Working with NACA has been pretty great so far. We really get to see a clear look into our financial ability, and not feel discouraged by the many confusing factors it takes to buy a home these days. They really break things down in an educational way, which I find appealing. As first time homebuyers I think it's important to understand the process every strep of the way.

My wife and I have been looking at houses. Sure, the houses themselves are expensive but we knew that already. What we weren't ready for was the cost of everything else. Between escrow and title fees we were looking at an additional $3,000, minimum, on top of the down payment! All together, it was something like $11k out of pocket with a bank or even a credit union! Naca as an organization has helped me with financial planning and secure a housing goal. They want to prep you for success and help you every step of the way. I wouldn't have any other organization I'd rather have stand by me!
