Customer service or consideration for those with a child they are caring for with a disability is non existent. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dismissive and inflexible.
The service is terrible and the attitude is unacceptable. Slow, inefficient and above all they do not know what they are doing. For a simple request for a debit card, I had to visit the branch twice, but they still messed it up.
I recently visited the Plenty Valley NAB branch and was assisted by Priyanka, who was incredibly professional, smart, and kind throughout the process. Priyanka helped me dispute a transaction and handled the situation with great efficiency and care. I was really impressed with her knowledge and ability to resolve the issue smoothly. I am very grateful for her assistance and would like to extend my sincere appreciation for her outstanding service.
I was helped by Tawfick and Rori today and my experience was super good. I had entered the branch just before it closed, and these gentlemen stayed until late to resolve my issues. Thanks guys!!
