Absolute disgrace. Want to deposit money via the flexi machine. Cant. It doesn't work. Ask for help, can I please deposit here. Noooo you need to go to the post office! NAB you are a bank! It should be easy to do cash deposits. Not rely on the local post office! Honestly ridiculous. Get your act together!!!
I used an ATM and for some reason the money didn’t go into my account???

Cannot perform any transactions other than cashless businesses transactions. Pensioners and Veterans should avoid this branch like the plague. Actually, NAB should be avoided at all costs.
Checked and said open online, made the trek to the bank, went through the pain of finding parking only to see they were closed until January 30th! Ridiculous and a waste of my time.
