Possibly the most useless waste of space in the centre. Went in to get some change for some larger notes to be told it was a cashless branch. What bank has a ‘cashless’ centre? may aswell let the eyebrow shop next door take over their space. at least their business is somewhat useful. Cudo’s to the guy in there who was helpful of suggesting somewhere else to get change, but shame on NAB for such a pointless centre.
Just moved over to NAB and had to go here. Very impressed, I was seen straight away, the staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me set up what I needed. A breath of fresh air after years of dealing with CBA.
Visited it today, one of the best customer service I had in a while. The young lady (Kayla?) was fantastic, extremely helpful, friendly and positive, She is superstar! There was a bit of waiting time, but i do appreciate that it can be busy on Saturday. Overall, thanks to Kayla, very positive experience.
Spoke to Myah and she was fantastic in helping me set up an account for my son. Friendly and helpful.
I’m not sure what her name is but the that lady who is the first point of contact when you walk into the shop is the most difficult person I have ever spoken to in my life. The definition of someone who shouldn’t be in a customer service role. She is rude, she doesn’t know how to deal with any conversation that doesn’t follow her script and she is just thoughtless. She seriously deters customers and sabotages potential business opportunities because of her incompetence.
