Exactly as pictured (yup what I saw was what I got and love). Shipped in lovely boxes. I purchased two as gifts and what a hit
Really liked my belt (long haul) - but it stretched 3 inches in length from normal use in under 6 months, which is truly unacceptable. I followed their sizing guide to the letter... I wrote to customer service and never received a response or acknowledgement. I ended up having to pay an additional 20$ out of pocket at my local leather shop to get it fixed... Next time I'll go with the other guys because of poor customer service from NAB.
I love the first belt I ordered, but I was very disappointed by my second order. I ordered a brown weathered leather belt, and received an off color belt. Long story short, I was told that I had agreed in the fine print to receive any substitution if they ran out of materials. They wouldn't pay for my return shipping for a refund. So now I'm stuck with a belt I won't wear, and paid for. I've lost my confidence in the company, shame.
Disappointed. Ordered two (Long Haul) a couple of years ago and they are quite nice. Thick sturdy leather. Buckles nice and solid. Ordered another pair of Long Haul this year (2024) on special for same price as 2022 and was not happy to see how much thinner they are now. I liked the thick chunky belts more. Brown one on top in photo is the first ones I bought, the black is this year. Even my cheap Dickie belt is thicker. It is genuine leather but admittedly not wearing well around the holes. I did what I normally don't do, and clicked through on a FB listing. I have *nothing* to do with this company. I read a bit about them and liked that the belts were made in Canada. I'm extremely impressed with their support. There was a small hiccup and one of their reps contacted me via text. This person took ownership and made sure that things were perfect for me.
