A pretty bad experience for me, and a seller I think is best avoided. Wishing to support a Canadian business, I placed an order online for a dress belt on June 19th. I was issued a tracking number, but the order was never shipped, and there was no physical scan from the carrier. After about two weeks I emailed them and asked when they expected to actually physically ship the item; I was told it would ship the next week. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. You can't reach them by phone and you can't leave a message. The same goes for emails; they don't respond. I've been requesting a return of my order through their website for several days, and they never approve it. Be careful and you'd better encourage another business that respects its customer and provides better service.

I have never owned full grained leather belts with such high quality before. They are so comfortable and because of their flexibility won't crack around the holes. The pricing is very fair and when on sale, offer the highest bang for the buck I've seen. I highly recommend NAB Leather products.
Ordered two belts. Wrong size, lucky me. Sent them back And usps tracking says they were delivered to nab on 6/16. It is now 6/23 and I have emailed various times to no response on my correct size being shipped nor a refund(Customer support sent me shipping label for an exchange same day when I reached out). Belts seemed great but now not so much. 100$ loss. Just want this resolved.
