I think there are two NAB companies...I really do...I placed an order on July 27th. Two weeks into it nothing. Order still sitting, I email then call actually get someone and they called me back. The cognac leather is out of stock (not disclosed at ordering) on back order for another 1 to 2 weeks. I decide to wait the additional 1-2 weeks. Well fate decides the belt I am wearing has done its job and craps out. Extremely good quality and excellent customer service!
When a buckle broke on my 2 year old belt, NAB leather was quick to honour their lifetime guarantee. They quickly sent 3 replacement buckles! They exceeded my expectations.
My partner left work early to visit this store and it was closed 25 minutes early. The employee was sitting in the parking lot, watched him try to enter the store, call, and then drove off. An hour later he received a text saying he can receive a faster response by texting back. Absolute nonsense. You can’t text customers as a business, without consent. He will be going elsewhere for his leather craft supplies. Customer service seems to be lacking from recent reviews and his experience.
I'd like to thank Victoria for putting me at ease with the ordering process , in relation to the sizing and possible exchange. It's greatly appreciated. The belts received are top notch and you can tell will last decades , I am a happy camper . Thanks again for the great customer service, I will be promoting NAB leather goods to everyone I know and don't know .A++++++
