I bought two belts and they are both beautiful and top notch quality. One was the wrong size however, but NAB didn’t hesitate sending me the correct size absolutely hassle free. Highly recommend this great CANADIAN company!
Poor quality and customer service
This company walks the fine line between a scam and barely legit. They use different leather for their website photos, different cuts in the belt, they don’t let you actually leave a review on the website (they only approve it if it’s positive) and they lie. They told me they’d refund my purchase, yet they still haven’t done anything. I wanted to support a Canadian company, now I wish I would have supported anybody else. You’ve been warned guys don’t shop here
Not worth the money. They sent me a belt that’s clearly messed up. Now they’re going to expect me to send it back and wait a month for the mail process. That’s ridiculous, just don’t skimp on quality. Not sure what made me less important than the customers you did a proper job for, but I really appreciate having my money wasted. Thanks.
Can’t say good enough things about NAB leather! Took advantage of their BOGO offer before Christmas and we were all impressed with the quality. Placed another BOGO offer and wasn’t quite as impressed with second belts so requested an exchange which I was having tech problems with. Both reps I dealt with on this handled the exchange so well for me that I also ordered a wallet. New belts and wallet are all high quality. So happy with NAB!
