No one acknowledged me when I walked in, was standing there for 5 mins looking for a teller, they all saw me but purposely ignored me as they're not trained in customer service and didn't think to say "I'm just with someone but I'll be with you asap". When someone eventually came up to me he advised that I can't deposit money at that branch. Such a bad experience
This place is an absolute joke!! I spoke to one man, who was no help, he told me to sit & wait, so i did. I'd been waiting 45 minutes, people were being seen before me & I did get a tad cranky & spoke up!! I explained to this upstart of a woman, (who grabbed a customer that'd come long after me) I'd been waiting 45 minutes & had been there before the other customers. Cashless no coin deposit machine to deposit coins. Still refuse to deposit even if you have counted and put in packets . Told to go to another branch Carindale major shopping complex . Should have a machine if that is the policy !!
Great knowledgeable service they genuinely seem happy to serve you. I really don't understand the negative reviews.
