I always receive great help whenever I visit NAB Carindale Westfield, especially from Daniel. He has been incredibly kind and patient, particularly with my mum who only speaks Korean. He took the time to assist us with everything we needed and even helped me open a savings account with the best available rate. Thanks to his professionalism and friendliness, I feel confident coming back to NAB again.
Absolutely a waste of time and resources. Drive 30 mins to this branch after waiting on hold only to be told to go here. They don’t hold Money in the bank.

No one acknowledged me when I walked in, was standing there for 5 mins looking for a teller, they all saw me but purposely ignored me as they're not trained in customer service and didn't think to say "I'm just with someone but I'll be with you asap". When someone eventually came up to me he advised that I can't deposit money at that branch. Such a bad experience
This place is an absolute joke!! I spoke to one man, who was no help, he told me to sit & wait, so i did. I'd been waiting 45 minutes, people were being seen before me & I did get a tad cranky & spoke up!! I explained to this upstart of a woman, (who grabbed a customer that'd come long after me) I'd been waiting 45 minutes & had been there before the other customers.
