Interesting to note the number of dissatisfied customers at this branch! I had reason to visit this branch yesterday and although I waited longer than I would have liked, I was served by Michael, who was truly exceptionally helpful. I am “ older” and far from tech savvy, even need assistance with an auto teller! Super appreciative of the help offered by Michael and would ask that this acknowledgment be of a “ job well done” be passed onto the employee who is, indeed, an asset to this branch!
What’s the point of this bank if you can’t do any banking?! Can’t deposit cash into NAB account at machine without a card, can’t deposit cash at teller as “cashless bank” nearest cash bank 30mins away. CBA around corner no need for card to deposit cash.
Be very careful if you are depositing money via the ATM. Twice I've used it and twice it counted my money $100 short!
