Worst branch I've ever come across. No one knows what they are doing. My first experience was excellent when a young man set me up as EPOA on my mums account. All legal paperwork was provided and he assisted me to open accounts to manage the money in the best interest of my mother. 12months later the interest rate plummeted and I was told they dont know who set it up and that interest rate should not have been fixed for 12mth.
