I agree with others that this branch has so much room for improvement. The existence of it doesn’t make any values. Even sending international transfer it’s cashless they still want you to make a booking. Staffs there need to be trained for better services for sure. No wonder why there is queue in other bank but not at NAB, cos there’s not much you can do.
The two girls working at the front were more than helpful as the 2 machines for deposits were down because of ArmaGuard workers. Helped multiple people while I waited and helped me when the machine came back. Thankyou
