I would just like to commend Samantha for providing all the assistance that I needed, eventhough I came in 15 minutes before closing time, she was very patient in answering all my questions and thorough in providing all the details and step by step process in opening an account. Went to get a bank cheque to move some dollars around and was questioned about why and what I was doing from multiple staff, fair enough ask once but not over and over again by 3 different ones, then loudly repeat how much I wanted the bank cheque for so that the entire bank hears and probably half of Echuca, some of us are private and don't wish others to know certain things, no problems with staff friendliness or anything else, ended up feeling like a criminal to a degree for taking my own money out with all the questionin... read more
