I had a wonderful experience with this Branch, The Manager Claudia was welcoming and friendly and Susan who arranged the Bank cheque for me was thorough and could not be more customer focused. Bank staff have to deal with a wide range of customers and are easy targets for criticism. Customers should not take out personal frustrations on Bank staff. This will only end up with more Branches closing. I suggest writing to NAB Head Office requesting increasing staff numbers at Branches.
Appalling service by Cory. Was advised to go to branch re: unreadable card. I was treated if I was the enemy and told to order myself. No manners or understanding of service and all in so called ‘private’ booth ( out in the open). Despite the well versed marketing posters Nab you’ve dropped care factor
Always under staffed takes too long to do anything, people walking around just doing nothing rather than serving on teller
Just visited this branch and made deposit with coins and notes, and the teller didnt understand how to count or deposit transaction. It took 15 min wait, i was grateful for the seating and stools while i waited. Very bad for disabled people, its appalling that in a technology age, tellers cant count coins and tried to force me to use coin machine.
