Huge line, no one helping, Diana unable to assist because she needs to take her lunch break, 2 managers see the long line and go out the back instead of helping the poor 'Customer Advisor'. Glad they were unable to re-open my account because the service is horrific. Will never return.
I went to the nab Williamstown branch on Tuesday morning not being a nab bank customer I found that their staff so helpful and friendly could not have had a better experience (other that having to deposit money into someone’s account)thanks cam
