Slow, nice staff but waiting 15mins in que that hasn't moved. Need more staff available when required
REFUSED to change $20 into smaller notes without proof I was a NAB customer. Which I am. Showed her my NAB card on Applepay yet she still refused. Teller had no queue and was just staring off into the distance. So I went to a shop next door who happily helped without hesitation. What has the world become. Billionaire businesses refuse help.

We needed to sort out some card issues recently before travelling overseas. These guys Jenny (who's been there over 20 years!) & Sue, were just so helpful. Well done local bank staff. Let's keep the automation a step away. There's just nothing quite like outstanding customer service. Does the big bank mentality get this?
As per previous reviews, customer service is hit and miss and most importantly the opening hours make it impossible for anyone working full time to be able to go into the branch
