The Indian man was very rude and not communicating properly
I'm not a NAB customer but the branch manager here was more than happy to exchange notes into smaller change. she was super friendly and helpful.
My 75 year old mum went into the branch asking for help to transfer money from her nab account to her lawyer. I have asked earlier on the day for what should she prepare for this transaction, she had brought all the required documents and ID. When she went in she was refused to be helped by every staff, as instructed by the branch manager(mid age lady with possible NZ accent). The manager's reason was my mum can only speak basic English.
