I'm not a NAB customer but the branch manager here was more than happy to exchange notes into smaller change. she was super friendly and helpful.
My 75 year old mum went into the branch asking for help to transfer money from her nab account to her lawyer. I have asked earlier on the day for what should she prepare for this transaction, she had brought all the required documents and ID. When she went in she was refused to be helped by every staff, as instructed by the branch manager(mid age lady with possible NZ accent). The manager's reason was my mum can only speak basic English. Great service from Elroy. He certainly does justice to NAB
don't use ATM here to deposit cash. Said I put in $1900 when I put in $2000. I cancel and put the same money back in again and says $2000 now. I spoke to staff member who said deposit has been successful at $2000. 2 days later deposit still not in my account. NAB are thieves. Can't trust the staff at this branch. dishonest and clueless
Staff at the Branch were very helpful, however when I phoned the call centre to try and contact the branch by telephone the women was extremely rude and hung up on me. She couldn't possibly put me through to the branch because I wasn't an actual customer - maybe I never will be if that is the service that the call centre provide.
