I had an extremely frustrating experience at NAB Sunnybank Hills today while trying to open a simple account to pay rent. I presented my valid Queensland driver’s licence to the teller, only to be told that they couldn’t proceed. When I asked to speak with the bank manager, I explained that I am clearly the person shown on my licence and that it seemed absurd to disregard that simply because of an issue with a chip. Naomi is unprofessional and rude.
The service at this bank is very poor. The employee is extremely rude and discriminatory. It feels like she thinks this bank belongs to her, making baseless and unfounded excuses to refuse service. If someone didn't know better, they'd think she owns the bank and can do whatever she wants. With such bad service, is there really no one who can address this? This branch will waste your time, just don’t go.
I am absolutely appalled by my experience at the NAB branch in Sunnybank Hills. The so-called "Help Desk" is a joke, primarily due to Ms. Yan, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I confronted her about her tone, she simply shrugged me off and told me to see someone else.
