Useless. Staff can’t be bothered to do anything that requires the faintest driblet of effort. Parents wanted to increase daily transfer limit to complete house purchase. Were told the current limit of $15000 was the maximum and could not be increased, presumably so as not to interrupt slothful loaftime. Went home and increased the limit to $100000 via webchat in 30min.
I have had nothing but exceptional service at the NAB branch in Southland. Staff are understandably very busy, short staffed, most likely, this branch is always very busy, Staff however are always very polite, they acknowledge you, I have witnessed this with all the NAB staff, they are not rude. Caroline is a very engaging, professional and a very knowledgeable staff member.
