Excellent customer service assisting me with a credit card application. Jake was a great help. Took the time to sit and work through things with me. The branch manager also a fantastic help. I had walked in 10 mins before closing and that didn't phase them, staying back with me until well after closing time Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
Short staffed. Queues out to the door.
I went in late this afternoon and had to take out a large amount of cash, then divide it unevenly into 16. Sham and Dash were amazing, in working out the breakdown, separating into individual envelopes, which included dollar coins, labelling them with each amount. All with a great attitude, lots of smiles and amazing efficiency. A rare visit to a bank for me but the human touch made it special.
