I went in late this afternoon and had to take out a large amount of cash, then divide it unevenly into 16. Sham and Dash were amazing, in working out the breakdown, separating into individual envelopes, which included dollar coins, labelling them with each amount. All with a great attitude, lots of smiles and amazing efficiency. A rare visit to a bank for me but the human touch made it special.

Darsh was extremely helpful. NAB STAFF have had 3 previous attempts of removing old staff from my payee lists and failed. Finally someone in the office who is clued in. I was about to cancel my account but she convinced me otherwise with her multi tasking skills ✅

I’ve been a customer @ NAB for over 20 years now. I unfortunately lost my Credit Card yesterday and was in a panic as whoever found it had already spent money. The people I dealt with over the phone went out of the way to assist me. The teller however was another story. I went into the bank @ Westfield Southland to withdraw some money as my new card will take a few days. I was told I can get a digital card to assist me while I was waiting for my new card. Useless. Staff can’t be bothered to do anything that requires the faintest driblet of effort. Parents wanted to increase daily transfer limit to complete house purchase. Were told the current limit of $15000 was the maximum and could not be increased, presumably so as not to interrupt slothful loaftime. Went home and increased the limit to $100000 via webchat in 30min.
