Excellent,cooperative and couteous customer care..
I visited this branch yesterday to update my address because I am returning to Japan and needed to change it to my overseas address. I explained this clearly and even showed her my new address on my phone. However, she entered the address incorrectly, and she also failed to update my postal address. no customer service as per usual at any branch on the gold coast. pathetic.
I needed to transfer a large amount of money for my mortgage, so I came into the bank because I wanted to handle it with a staff member in person. However, Amy at the front desk told me it wasn’t possible without a manager present.
