I had a deeply frustrating experience with NAB during a simple business cash exchange. AMY, the staff member I dealt with, was extremely unhelpful and clearly uninterested in assisting. What should have been a straightforward issue could have been easily resolved if she had shown even the slightest motivation to help. As a loyal customer, this was incredibly disappointing.
