We had Louise as our home loan specialist. Exceptional customer service and communication. She took the time to understand our needs, explain anything we didn't understand and was responsive throughout every stage. NAB Nowra have an incredible asset in Louise!
Absolutely disgusting customer service! If you try to call you get a foreign speaking person you can’t understand who flat out refuse to put a manager on the phone! I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 months because I get up to 8 calls a day from NAB trying to chase me for $80 I was scammed for, and even though they admit it was a scam and my money went to Czech Republic, they won’t report it as a scam and are harassing me for the $80 which is in debt on the pay in 4 card! I have recently been dealing with some online applications with NAB, which I wished from the get go could have been done in store. After multiple phone calls and not feeling like I was getting anywhere I went into my local branch. Although the Sue and Renee could not log in a specifically access what I was after they went out of their way to help me by calling NAB. Slow service and sub-standard. I went in today to withdraw cash from my account for a family holiday. There were only two members present to provide services resulting in longer wait times. When I was served the gentleman did not seem very professional at all, both in mannerisms and appearance. Once the he received my cash from the teller, he failed to count my money before handing it to me, and it took me to realise that one of the notes had a large rip in it.
