We had Louise as our home loan specialist. Exceptional customer service and communication. She took the time to understand our needs, explain anything we didn't understand and was responsive throughout every stage. NAB Nowra have an incredible asset in Louise!
Absolutely disgusting customer service! If you try to call you get a foreign speaking person you can’t understand who flat out refuse to put a manager on the phone! I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 months because I get up to 8 calls a day from NAB trying to chase me for $80 I was scammed for, and even though they admit it was a scam and my money went to Czech Republic, they won’t report it as a scam and are harassing me for the $80 which is in debt on the pay in 4 card! NAB is driving me insane with their harassmen... read more
