Unfortunately, I have 1/2hr for lunch, 12:15, 6 people in the queue, waited 10 minutes and the queue didn’t move. 1 teller only. Banks are making billions, customer service obviously isn’t a priority. Pretty difficult verifying documents through an ATM
Peak lunchtime 1pm, only one teller on duty 🙃 Each customer line in front took ages. 30 min wait time 😑😑😑 When eventually served received friendly and helpful service, just took a long time 😔
Every single time I come in here the wait time is nothing I have experienced anywhere else ever .. its pathetically slow with no organisation .. just wanted to deposit money would of been quicker via ATM .. ! .. 😡🤬
The best banking service I have ever had. The branch manager , Fiona was really friendly and supportive. I would rate higher if I could.
