Always a long wait Only 1 teller Ridiculous
The common site here is a long queue with just one staff serving at the counter. The branch manager, in particularly was unhelpful. When I asked to talk to her, she gave me a number and ask me to call that number instead. With this level of service, I am moving my money elsewhere!
I went through the process of applying / receiving a home loan recently, through Alex Yuen, a Home Lending Specialist at this NAB branch. Every question I had, Alex had the answer. Any slight issue was resolved quickly and professionally. WORST NAB BRANCH EVER, I was ignored by the only two staff in the branch for fifteen to twenty minutes before they went to hide in a back room and I left. I have accounts with commbank, westpac, cua/gsb and BOQ and never experienced this.
They say they are open but they don’t even bother to change on their website that they are closed on 2 th January Hopeless bank always issues
