Only having 1 teller working makes for very long wait time for customers. Over half a hour just to withdraw cash. Pathetic!!!
I’m very happy with the customer service and informative meetings provided by Phil Ni. He’s professional, very knowledgeable and is a great asset to the branch.

Always a long wait Only 1 teller Ridiculous
The common site here is a long queue with just one staff serving at the counter. The branch manager, in particularly was unhelpful. When I asked to talk to her, she gave me a number and ask me to call that number instead. With this level of service, I am moving my money elsewhere!
