called in a few hours because i can’tlog into the app and mentioned i didn’t have a physical ID and was told to come down to a branch nonetheless and after making time to go down the lady at the counter just raised her voice at me, made me feel embarrassed for not having my id bc she “had to do her job” i had multiple digital IDs and if i wasn’t allowed, cust service whom i called earlier in the day should’ve just told me to come another day. there goes my rent money lol
Would like to express my absolute disgust at the management of the highpoint branch When trying to become a signatory on my elderly father's account, we were advised that it would be too difficult and it was suggested to us that closing his account would be the better option. If this is the effort afforded to all customers it's amazing you have any account holders left to serve. I run a business and need to change notes regularly. This branch, 9 times out of 10, has a non operational change ATM. Do better NAB! currently researching which other bank I'll be taking my business to.
Absolute joke of a bank. Applied for a credit card and they required me to come in and verify identify. Absolute inconvenience. Had a credit card with all of the major banks and have never had to do this. Anyways decided to drop by this branch. Closed despite the opening hours indicating it SHOULD be open. Step up your game management, if you can’t even get your opening hours right, how do you expect to provide optimal customer service to your customers. Came here today for a bank cheque and after waiting in line for 20 mins I was then told by the guy at the desk it would a hour wait, what a joke of a place
