Terrible service. Lady at the desk had disgusting attitude and yelling when I do not understand. I was told I did not have the right documents, and manager asian lady was snickering with her workers in the back. The Asian guy home loan specialist is rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service
Needs 2 staff members to assist 1 customer while the rest of us wait in line.. all I want to do is deposit cash.. have to stand there for 10 mins for them both to serve 1 customer..
