The Asian guy home loan specialist is rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service
Needs 2 staff members to assist 1 customer while the rest of us wait in line.. all I want to do is deposit cash.. have to stand there for 10 mins for them both to serve 1 customer..

I went in to open a business account and got some really helpful advice from an friendly Asian lady, probably Vietnamese. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process a lot easier. Everything was quick and straightforward. She also suggested opening saving and other accounts to better manage my cash flow. Such a great service.
Great service at the front desk. An asian lady at teller provided me with such a fantastic service and attitude. She demonstrated advanced knowledge of bank services and helped me understand all options so that I could make the right choice. Front desk needs personnels like her.
