Can’t get my money no one knows what they are doing
Rude and unhelpful every time. The only time I encountered a friendly staff member here was one that said she usually works at another branch. Some customer service training is sorely needed at this branch.
Sometimes, I can't get what I want done right away. However a very nice branch & there are some excellent people working here.
Had a really great experience at this branch. I went in to open a bank account and Mitch helped me through the whole process. He was very patient, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The process was quick and easy, which made it even better. Really appreciate the great service!
