Absolutely Disgraceful – A Betrayal by NAB I’ll Never Forget On June 18, 2025, I visited the NAB branch at Carindale to unlock my account, which had been mysteriously frozen since February without any explanation. I’d been forced to conduct my business banking elsewhere due to this unacceptable delay. Went there yesterday to do a large coin deposit. The staff could not have been more attentive, helpful and professional. Liam assisted me perform the transacrion in the amazing coin ATM. Easy as pie. Thank-you Liam. Thank-you NAB.

I opened a joint account with my partner last week and had an excellent customer experience. The staff member on the door was great and the staff member setting up our account (A.E) was very friendly, helpful and patient walking us through the process and answering all our questions. We were up and running with the account on the same day, the whole process went perfectly.
