I opened a joint account with my partner last week and had an excellent customer experience. The staff member on the door was great and the staff member setting up our account (A.E) was very friendly, helpful and patient walking us through the process and answering all our questions. My wife and I went to the NAB, Brookside Branch last week to open a new joint savings account. We were served by Kaizan Irani who we found to be a breath of fresh air, he was kind courteous and helpful. He was happy to answer any questions we had and once we decided on the product, he had the account open and operating in what seemed like no time at all.
