Thanks for not reading my feedback again and again before responding as I wouldn't be complaining here if staff actually helped me. As I did closed the account at the Brisbane CBD branch, but Brookside claim which I don't believe the account couldn't be closed as a payment to Centrelink using a debit card was still being processed. Pity staff don't understand the importance of reading customers feedback before responding. Ah why is taking so long time to close one of my account, as a payment to Centrelink using a debit card should be done straight away, not maybe days later. 😠😠😠👎👎🤔🤔🤔 And complaining through the link mentioned doesn't help especially as customers are blamed for NAB mistakes.

Received multiple calls and emails from this branch about a “non-urgent matter” and when I call back they want to ask about my experience with their branch. I haven’t visited this location in over 10 years?

Unbelievable they only have 2 tellers - waaaay too busy a store to only have 2 people on. Waited 30 mins - not good enough NAB!!!!!
