Young lady talking to the customers in line was extremely rude and condescending. Not professional at all, just go on your lunch break and don't return. 😂
I went to NAB today to get some new golden coins for the Tooth Fairy. One of the lovely lady staff members at the Sunnybank Plaza NAB branch was the kindest and most patient person I’ve ever met! She helped me pick out a bag of shiny new golden coins. I forgot to ask her name, but I just want to say thank you so much for being so kind, caring and thoughtful about what customers want. You truly made my day!
10.30. Counter is empty no one being served. Customers are not the first priority of this branch. NAB have closed all the other branches around here. They could at least staff this one properly. That’s a fail NAB. Time to go to a better big bank!
