After two encounters with Bryan today who managed to display ridiculous attitude over something as simple as replacing a lost Flexicard, my husband and I will be closing ALL accounts with NAB!! We will be closing the joint everyday account we opened up 20+ years ago, our home loan, business account and all the other accounts they convinced us to open. Honestly, this bank has stomped on my last nerve. One star is too much.

I rarely provide negative reviews, as I typically engage directly with a business/company to resolve an issue before it escalates. However, I feel it's important to leave this review, because despite completing a formal complaint via the NAB website, and subsequently receiving a follow up phone call related to my complaint, other potential customers need to be aware of the extremely poor service at this particular branch, as demonstrated by staff member Naomi. Absolutely Disgraceful – A Betrayal by NAB I’ll Never Forget On June 18, 2025, I visited the NAB branch at Carindale to unlock my account, which had been mysteriously frozen since February without any explanation. I’d been forced to conduct my business banking elsewhere due to this unacceptable delay.
