NAB very poor customer service in this bank.
Poor customer service.. Staff member attitude wasn’t appropriate..

My partner went into the NAB Sunnybank branch to change address and phone number and was met with a young girl at the counter who began by asking why she changed her address and phone number …. Went to this branch on Saturday to help change ph no for her SMS security code. As there is a language barrier with my wife I have been helping her with these things for 12 years Staff member was quite arrogant and rude did not listen to me and confused my wife. Said she had updated number but did not. So going back to ask for Chinese translator Very poor customer service
