I needed money for my grand kids Easter gifts. The ATM didn't give me an option to choose denomination. So I went inside the bank to use the cash changer. But I couldn't get it to work. The lovely security guard got it working for me. He was so helpful and polite, I feel it is important that you know, that even though he isn't a bank employee, his helpfulness is outstanding. 5 stars !!!

The girl working at the teller had a horrible attitude. She seems unhappy and reluctant to help us at beginning. I felt very uncomfortable when she talked to me. It was the worst experience in bank I had ever met.

Read all negative reviews before going but I went anyway. Was all geared up for a battle but was bitterly disappointed. Adam was extremely helpful, patient & polite. He sorted my issue with ease and explained the process. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Adam. Great job.
