I was there on Friday the 13th (yes) of December to withdraw some money over the counter. Their money counting machine was broken and this held up customers. I felt for them as it's just back luck. Had a loan appointment booked with Fiona Lay for 4.00pm. I get 3-4 back to back calls from this person at 10am in the morning and a text while I was in a meeting at work. The next thing I know they cancel the meeting. We bring these people business which pays their salaries, and they dictate terms with this kind of service. Pathetic people to deal with.
Went into NAB today at around 11:45 and first was dealing with a nice younger lady as my mums card got stuck in their machines, as we were talking with her an older lady staff at the counter next to us interrupted and started refusing to give my mums card back. She was speaking in a rude and unpleasant way, i felt that her customer service skills were very poor and you shouldn’t speak to customers like that.
