I have never witnessed staff so uninterested in their customers, stood in queue for at least 20 mins , I was 4th , whilst I counted 5 staff floating around doing nothing , eating , talking abt weekend antics , 1 teller on , the queue grew to 11 , eventually another teller had the initiative to serve , elderly were standing there so long , no seating for them , I was appalled the service of the NAB has declined severely… finally I was served and from the time I requested a bank cheque it took the teller another 30 minutes to ... read more

Was there waiting for over 10 minutes whilst I counted 5 staff floating around , 1 teller on , the service of the NAB has declined severely… 24 minutes for a statement !!!!! Really . Unimpressed !
Leisa Moroney was extremely kind, helpful, and patient with me when applying for my first loan. She was able to explain everything very well, making sure I understood everything. She has excellent customer service!
