I've gone to this branch on and off for 15 years. Last week was the first time I've been in there for 5 +/- years and the customer service, general feel of the bank is amazing. The staff are all amazing, and one of the longer serving staff members remembered and asked after my Father. Which was lovely. He hadn't been in the branch for probably 10+ years. Saba, Jocelyn and everyone have made going there actually enjoyable.
