An absolute disgrace. Avoid if you have vulnerable family members!! This bank has managed to lose my parents’ Enduring Power of Attorney — not once, but TWICE. My parents are 87 years old with diagnosed dementia, and instead of protecting them as vulnerable customers, this bank has repeatedly called them directly, demanded they answer verification questions they cannot understand, and even insisted they physically attend a branch. Locked my account because they made a spelling mistake and couldn't solve it themselves. Didn't tell me just locked my account and when I went in to sort it out I had to book an appointment. Lazy and useless do nothing's
