Fantastic customer service!! Had an important transaction to make over the Christmas period which two bank tellers/personal bankers helped with. RAE was extremely helpful with organising and completing everything that needed to be done for the said transaction. Even going as far as suggesting easier and more efficient ways of managing my money and accounts including ways to maximise interest to benefit me in the long run. All in all a very positive interaction. Thankyou for all of your help and advice.
I just want to thank Jacinta, at the Warwick branch for helping me today! She went out of her way to help me with a problem that I had which was not really even a NAB problem. I was really stressed and she just made the problem go away. So thank you again, your help was really appreciated!
WARWICK QLD NAB Was NOT helpful, have been in there 2 seperate times and been turned away each time. The staff were rude and didn't give us the correct Information the first visit. Constantly the manager said they were too busy to help us and made us feel belittled while talking about this situation loudly leaving everyone in the bank to hear. We have had the best banking experience possible with our branch manager Terry Duggan, Warwick, QLD. He only ever talked to us about what he could do for us and he was unbelievable! NAB Ag are so superior to the other banks!
