Went into the South West Rocks branch to open a new account. Was told that they were closing at 12:30pm (it was 12:05pm) asked if I could come back tomorrow! Sorry not the sort of customer service I would expect. Went down the road to Credit Union, new account opened in under 10 minutes, excellent service. NAB sorry you’ve lost another customer
