Seeing the one review was negative saying they were rude. I’ll have to say that I’ve always found everyone very pleasant and helpful. The only reason for marking them down however is the opening hours are very limited which is not the staffs fault. NAB in general is another matter as I think over the decades their business decisions have been based on bottom line profit and not the customer. Their latest “more than money” advertising makes me cringe as I believe for those making the decisions it is “only about money”
