Very rude and incompetent staff.
Need to call this branch and there is ni phone number listed, just the NAB line that doesn't help non Nab customers.
Went in to sort out a personal loan after struggling with it by myself. Sarah was able to help me with my application process in store and made it super easy and straight forward, very helpful and great customer service!
