Went in to sort out a personal loan after struggling with it by myself. Sarah was able to help me with my application process in store and made it super easy and straight forward, very helpful and great customer service!
I went in to change my PIN number. I thought it is a simple task. It took half an hour of waiting. The bank closed the doors on me. It ended that the staff member took my card claiming it is faulty and refused to give it back to me and did not change my pin. They treated me like a criminal, as she was holding my license and starring at it, not knowing what to do. Extremely poor service. The girls do not know what they are doing. ATM not working for deposits 4 days now, so much for smart atm? Staff not concerned whatsoever. Cues out the door while staff talking about personal stuff to customers. Record profits, poor service!
