The Bayside Mall NAB branch is an excellent example of the NAB’s national trend in its obvious continued intent in downsizing staff. Instead of keeping, hiring or training previous or new experienced team members available to help, the bank has replaced them with a confusing mix of multiple separate deposit machines (coins, and business). I am reviewing my recent experience with Kate Graham at your branch I was scammed and needed to cancel my card and order a replacement Kates atttention to detail was second to none She went out of her way to ensure I was fully protected She was kind efficient totally professional and well versed in Branch practice She also reviewed my accounts and rearranged them into a far more beneficial set up I can’t thank her enough for making this stressful experience so much more manageable I would have no hesitation in recommending y... read more
Security guard is extremely helpful. Staff are onto problems and are respectful. I was getting coin rolls and the security gaurd saved me from the embarrassing moment. Thanks security guy :)
It was the worst customer service experience I ever had very unprofessional, all she did was deliberately piss me off for no reason when i was depositing a check into my savings account when I was just about to leave she looked at her work colleague and start laughing. I will never come back to this branch again.
Melanie was very friendly and competent and guided us through the process of creating a shared account as foreigners. Thank you!
