Security guard is extremely helpful. Staff are onto problems and are respectful. I was getting coin rolls and the security gaurd saved me from the embarrassing moment. Thanks security guy :)
It was the worst customer service experience I ever had very unprofessional, all she did was deliberately piss me off for no reason when i was depositing a check into my savings account when I was just about to leave she looked at her work colleague and start laughing. I will never come back to this branch again.

No option on internet to discuss safety deposit boxes. No alternative method of contact.
So far No direct telephone number or email to a proper CUSTOMER SERVICE. On top of things the branches close early and are closed on SATURDAYS. !!! The chat line is a waste of time
