They listened what's my issues and fixed asap. Under staffs but tried helping asap what they can do. We really appreciated.
Staff provided excellent service for a complex overseas transaction. Great banking experience
Understaffed. One person on teller and one doing a detailed session with customers. Waiting for long just to hand over a document for opening a simple business account. This is day 12 since I started the initiation of the bank account via NAB app and they still want to come over personally to the bank.
Standing in line as i write this, been waiting for nearly an hour. This branch is very slow... which doesn't categorise every day banking to more complicated situations for assistance. Not looking for an apology from nab norwest, cause clearly from previous reviews the service hasn't changed. If nab norwest really cared, they would of trained up their staff or hire more staff. I've been at the front of this line 5mins short of an hour. Disgusting
