Have never seen tellers take this long before. The lady weighed each stack of my cash 2x then counted it slowly by hand and finally placed it into the machine for electronic counting. Was in the branch 45mins. The only redeeming experience to be had was the comradery formed in the cue

Kristy kept me updated as the process went along and I'm very happy to say she met a deadline I set for her with ease. Walked in to change my name on my accounts. Staff member didn't let me talk and straight away said I needed photo ID with my new name on it. I tried to get a word in but lady staff member would not let me explain my situation and again stated I needed photo ID with new name. As a healthcare worker I treat everyone equally and with respect. I didn't get this. I felt belittled and offended that the 1 minute I was in there could effect me the way it has.
