Excellent customer service today. I went into Lane Cove branch this morning to deposit some cash. Approximately half an hour later, I lovely lady called me to explain there was a discrepancy in the amount of money counted and that an additional deposit had been made. Could not be happier with this branch. Always great customer service, thank you.
Appalling service. Within two days of opening an account with NAB I was locked out of my account. Now I’m unable to pay rent or buy food. Outrageous
