Efficient and helpful advice. Phillip in accounts was fantastic in helping me with and resolving a tricky account enquiry.
NAB was locked out of my account. Now I’m unable to pay rent or buy food. Outrageous
Excellent customer service today. I went into Lane Cove branch this morning to deposit some cash. Approximately half an hour later, I lovely lady called me to explain there was a discrepancy in the amount of money counted and that an additional deposit had been made. Could not be happier with this branch. Always great customer service, thank you.
