Staff lost my Mother's POA given me access and then tried to say they never saw it even though I had a written receipt advising they had received it.

The staff at this branch are extremely unprofessional and rude. Their behavior was unacceptable and left me with a very negative experience. Come to deposit coins. And it’s full. Staff can’t do crap. Waste of time. Why should anyone bank with NAB when they are closing all there stores down.
