NAB blocked my card twice. 2 weeks in a row when I asked for a small amount of cash. $140 and $200. My card never gets blocked when I put money in?!......hmmmm.
Our business has had multiple negative experiences in our area whilst banking, and were pleasantly surprised with NAB Gatton branch. They are kind, efficient, and have been most helpful with our merge into their branch. We are grateful to be banking with them and no longer dread going to the bank.
I had a HUGE problem with the NAB Karen and her team were nothing but professional and helpful and very understanding to my needs. The whole experience was great, and it could have gone pear shaped if it wasn't for Karen Thanks guys xx
