Out of my 28+ years of dealing with countless bank managers — both business and personal — nobody beats Branch Manager Kristy. She consistently demonstrates exceptional customer care, with genuine patience and outstanding emotional intelligence. First time in Nab Brandon park branch. Kristy was the best ever business consultant for my company. I am nab business customer. Had best customer experience ever by nab.
Internet banking and card got frozen over suspicious activity, went in not being able to unfreeze it over the phone and Kevin was super helpful, very quick and an overall great bloke, can't recommend this branch enough
Cash exchange machine is out of service FOREVER.
