First time in Nab Brandon park branch. Kristy was the best ever business consultant for my company. I am nab business customer. Had best customer experience ever by nab.
Internet banking and card got frozen over suspicious activity, went in not being able to unfreeze it over the phone and Kevin was super helpful, very quick and an overall great bloke, can't recommend this branch enough
Cash exchange machine is out of service FOREVER.
I don't often need to go into a branch for banking, but I needed to ask some questions in regards to accounts. After a lengthy wait in the queue I found the staff underinformed and unwilling in their help. I left very frustrated. Very disappointing NAB.
