Internet banking and card got frozen over suspicious activity, went in not being able to unfreeze it over the phone and Kevin was super helpful, very quick and an overall great bloke, can't recommend this branch enough

I don't often need to go into a branch for banking, but I needed to ask some questions in regards to accounts. After a lengthy wait in the queue I found the staff underinformed and unwilling in their help. I left very frustrated. Very disappointing NAB.
