Appalling customer service. Is it any wonder they have to tell people not to abuse the staff. They want courteous and constructive conversations but the staff constantly stonewall customers with process and procedures and delay solving problems by providing misinformation. Don't ask to see the Manager; nowhere to be seen and way too important to speak to customers. I can understand why customers become frustrated and take it out on staff.
