Visited the branch for the 2nd time on Tuesday to get a problem resolved. Huge thanks to Jodi who was visiting for the day. After my 2nd visit I finally have everything fixed. Every bank should have a Jodi. It was so good being greeted at the door by that big smile and not having to stand in a queue. Please pass on sincere my thanks.

Seriously.... when you have to wait on the phone an then go through the process of jumping through 54 questions about nauseating tripe you get a banker who cannot make an appointment with a branch... cause its not visible.... customer service is just appalling. No matter the industry but banking is the main issue...oh NAB...dont put up one of those garbage condescending "we would like to follow up posts".... SO WHAT DID THEY DO.... ZERO FIX JUST PUT UP A CONDESCENDING POST...HOPELESS ... BANK WITH SOME ELSE
