Great branch, nice people, good help. But why 1 Star? NAB itself ...... Example 1 : Trip to europe - after a few weeks I got a message I have to change my password. I had to call the bank and I couldn't do that from the foreign country I was. I could write only eMails or letters. Changing Passwort on another way as phone? No. My bank account was blocked until the day I was back in australia. I couldn't pay my bills like council rates or insurances until then. NAB Not impressed trying to sort out a,deceased parents fully paid loan from 1977 to be removed off a,Title Deed..on an account with no history nut also asked to see a manager Don't get can create mean account to remove an account that no longer exists if ridiculous..bereavement services couldn't assist me..very upsetting!
Not one bit of help trying to change my old number over to my new number, had 100+ points of identification, witch has worked fine at the kawna shopping world branch, haven't been able to access my bank since the 8th of February, I run massive a roofing company, and not being able to access my own money was extremely stressful and I was turned away without a blink, definitely the last week I bank with nab, put your money elsewhere, Absolutely nightmare to deal with.
Yesterday i saw Katrina about an issue that was created by a phone call i made to NAB customer care. She was lovely and fixed the stuff up made by the person over the phone. Also asked questions about other products and she was very well informed and helpful. Highly recommend.
Been waiting in line for an hour. No one even checking with all the people in line to see if they can help. Line out the door
