I had a very disappointing experience at the Five Dock NAB branch. I was planning to withdraw more than $10,000 in cash for my home renovation project. Instead of being treated respectfully, I felt as though I was being treated with suspicion from the outset. Great branch with friendly staff in a fantastic heritage building
Peter Thanopoulos has given us an excellent service at the Five Dock Branch. He was thorough, professional and courteous. We were impressed with his customer service skills and knowledge. It was pleasure to deal with him.
Peter is the person to see at the Five Dock branch. He explains things clearly and is extremely helpful, as for the other tellers make sure you ask all the right questions. Shame they can't all be like Peter! Well done Peter!
