Withdrew $500 from automatic teller machine inside banks front door received 25 x $20 went to teller and asked if she could change for 10 x $50 notes would nt do it because i was a commonwealth bank customer but a few weeks prior they changed 10 x $100 notes for smaller notes for me no questions asked different polices for different days
The best bank in sydney, we had issues with another branch and came here as previously were very helpful. All sorted with no issues .
