I have to send another good review Peter Thanopoulos’s way. I went in to sort a card problem yesterday, which wasn’t clear cut. He worked out a solution, sent an email to the necessary department and he gave me his business card in case there were any problems. It worked, and my card is back in action in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Peter, for your professionalism, quick thinking and diligence. You’re a gem!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Five Dock NAB branch. I was planning to withdraw more than $10,000 in cash for my home renovation project. Instead of being treated respectfully, I felt as though I was being treated with suspicion from the outset. I was told that I needed to provide documentation, such as invoices from subcontractors, before I could access my own funds. Peter Thanopoulos has given us an excellent service at the Five Dock Branch. He was thorough, professional and courteous. We were impressed with his customer service skills and knowledge. It was pleasure to deal with him.

Peter is the person to see at the Five Dock branch. He explains things clearly and is extremely helpful, as for the other tellers make sure you ask all the right questions. Shame they can't all be like Peter! Well done Peter!
